1. Shipping Information & Tracking Numbers

 

All online orders that include a valid e-mail address will be sent an order acknowledgement. When the order is shipped from our distribution center you will receive a shipping confirmation via email to inform you of your order status. Your shipping confirmation will include ship date, carrier and tracking number if applicable. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for your tracking number to be activated. Tracking numbers on packages shipped via Priority Mail may take 2-3 business days from the date the package was shipped before they are activated. Standard delivery time for most orders is 2-5 business days.

 

All international shipping is 6-10 business days for delivery.

 

For orders shipped via United States Post Office (USPS), please track www.usps.com.

 

2. Payment Methods


We accept Paypal and Dbluefishing gift cards. We accept all the major credit card via Paypal as well. Please call us ( 1-631-896-9009 )  when you place an order by using credit card as the payment method.


If you would like to pay by money order or check, please call us or send us an email.

 

3. Returns


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 30 days of purchase.  Please have the Invoice number available. Please note the following:
1. Dbluefishing reserves its right to charge a 10% re-inventory fee on all returns.
2. Please provide us with the invoice number and reason for the return.
3. You may return unused items in the original box with all accessories within 7 days for an exchange or refund.
4. Merchandise must include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.
5. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
6. Please allow up to 1 week for credit or refund for returned items.
7. Shipping for returned merchandise must be prepaid by the customer
8. Special orders may not be returned.

 

Damaged Packages

 

If the package was damaged in shipping, please either refuse to take the shipment or make sure the delivering person notes the damage on the delivery ticket. Save all original damaged packaging material and merchandise for the carrier to inspect.

 

4. Warranty


Dbluefishing offers LIFETIME warranty for all of our products against any manufacturer’s defect!
